Talking to one person is easy. Speaking to many seems hard. Agree?
You can’t focus on a single individual if you want to make a significant impact.
Yes, you can be afraid of the idea of group coaching.
But it doesn’t change facts.
The more clients you coach…
The more results you get…
The bigger the impact!
So, it’s time to set up your clients for some amazing group coaching experiences.
I’ll give you two tips:
Tip #1 – Probe the Real Issue
How many times have you asked a question and gotten an answer… but that answer didn’t really solve anything?
The thing is, people often ask the wrong question.
As coaches, we need to keep an eye out for that.
Truth is, your clients need answers…
…But it doesn’t mean they always know what question to ask.
Sometimes they might not even know what response they’re looking for.
So, if you want to level up your group coaching, take your time to probe deeper.
Dig into your clients’ queries to figure out what’s really bothering them.
Tip #2 – Call Variety
Variety is more important than you know.
Think about it…
How often do you repeat yourself?
Don’t you hate it?
When you have lots of clients with similar problems, their questions become repetitive.
At some point, you might even feel like you’re not giving your clients any value because you’re merely repeating the same answers.
That’s why I advocate for having call variety.
Here’s how it works:
You have to design different types of coaching sessions to address various issues. It’s important to read the room and understand what your clients need.
Maybe tomorrow, you’ll have 15 people on a call looking to ask some questions.
Perhaps next week, you’ll have 20 clients that want a mastermind-style call.
So, always have a bunch of calls in your arsenal that you can use at the right time to give your clients the best value.
Don’t worry about group coaching being a big leap.
Like anything else in business, it’s a skill you develop over time.
But with the right approach, you can learn to master group sessions faster.
Best of all…
You’ll blow your competitors out of the water!
